You agree not to use VividMotion.io to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rendering times may vary based on queue depth and composition complexity. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

VividMotion.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost content, failed publishes, or Instagram account issues.
